Why I Code

What draws me to web development is how it’s always changing. There’s always something new to learn and problems to figure out. If coding were easy, I probably wouldn’t enjoy it as much. The challenge is what makes it rewarding.

I’ve always put both quality and heart into everything I do and programming is no exception. I’m especially driven when things get tricky. Getting stuck means an opportunity to learn. I believe caring is at the center of making things better whether it’s about people, work quality or finding better ways to approach code.

My background in social services taught me the value of empathy, patience and how small things matter like celebrating small wins and recognizing effort not only the result.

I’ve loved every step of my web development journey even the frustrating ones. I’ll keep moving forward with curiosity and a drive to grow into a skilled professional one day.
